Today in school, we had no lessons. We have special activities such as bridge buliding and Deepavali concert. We had a fun time for bridge buliding. We uses strings and newspaper to make a bridge to hold a medicine ball which weighs 2kg. I with my friends Yin Ching, Chai Wai, Judah, Kok Hou, Wee Keong and others. We had a big argument over what to bulid. Our teacher gave us the idea to make a bridge and she told us that we can sit on the two tables which lines up the bridge. But what she say is wrong, we can't sit on the tables. When the judges came, they took the medicine ball and put it on the damaged newspaper. Well, my team lost as when the medicine ball was put on it, the tables crashed and we failed. We had all together 4 teams in the class. We have 1 representative for the bridge buliding competition.
After the bridge buliding competition, we all went to the hall for the Deepavali concert. The performance is very good as they is a lot of dancing and highlight to us the importance of Deepavali.
During reccess, Chai Wai and I went for 2 rounds of chinese chess. Other classmates and my friends look at how I play. I listen to the advice of others and Chai Wai got annoyed as I am going to win him.
After reccess, we had a talk. It was really boring and everyone started talking and in the end, the whole school get scolded. It was quite a interesting day and I enjoy it.
