I have my NPCC camp on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I have just come back from school today. The camp quite nice and fun. When I report for the first day of camp, everyone was nervous. The CIs(cadet inspector) had to check our bags and to confiscate some things. They even confiscated medicated oil and the medicine. We have to surrend our wallet, Ez-link card and our keys.
We have to stack up all tables and chairs in the classroom so we can sleep in it. We can only sleep in our windbreaker or jacket. Those who brought their sleeping bags are also confiscated and only to be returned only after end of the camp. The floor is very hard and I have difficulty getting to sleep. I have to use my bag as a pillow.
The NCOs(seniors) had prepared all sorts of games and activities. We had to get ourselves wet and dirty during the programmes. Especially the commander crawl, we have to crawl in the mud and theNCOs would get you dirty.
There is also a campfire night on the second night of the camp. The other NCOs that had pass out(means left the squad) also came back for the campfire night. During the campfire night, we have to prepare some thing for them.
