Last week was like a whole NPCC week. Got LMSC, trainings. I enjoyed it. It is not the results, but the process. Taking a squad is tough wat it truly matters is whether you want to take the squad. During LMSC, I learnt that, it is not your level of volume you shout at the cadets. It's how you transmit the message to your cadets. From LMSC, the HOs don't scold you as in shout at like hell, but is how they talk to you, how you manage to figure out what they are talking about. This is one of the advanced level of "scolding" people. Very high standard.

Today, my mother, my father and me went for exercise. Same thing everytime, get ticket, lucky draw coupon and stuff. This time is different, ver different. We got the big prize and 2 big prize. Guess how "big" it is. 2 bags of 5kg of rice. That's "big". How are we going to carry that bag of rice to buy other stuff? The fun thing is that I had not won lucky draw for a long time liao haha!!!

This few days I am quite lazy to blog. After going for NE Camp as team leaders, I learnt a lot being a leader. It is not how you command your team, it is how you communicate with them. Getting your team to work is very difficult, and knowing how to communicate with them is really important.

The leaders had gone through a few late nights just to get debriefed and to get a lot of things done. The Sec 2s doesn't enjoy their previlege for getting to sleep early.

Well, today just gotten to know about the Bio marks. It was quite disappointing to me as I couldn't get the target I wanted. Then during in English class, Mrs Lim talked to me. I think that what she said is quite reasonable.

She told me that I looked very stress. How she know? She said that she could see it through my journal. I thought my journal was the most boring of all. I just said that these week is a very busy week with the same NPCC, Prefect, NE all sorts. She advised me that I should let it out. If not I would be at the verge of madness if I bottle everything up. Hmm... true, everyone would go mad if they bottle everything up. She said you should chose your partners who would really lend a listening ear, anybody would do even a girl. She said that I am a male chauvinist(da nan ren zhu yi) and don't really talks to girls, have a huge sense of pride. I wondered whether am I like this. She advised me that I should talk, write or let it out the steam some how. So I should write down on the blog.

Mother said that you should be responsible for your own actions. What ever you do put your academic studies first. I had too much things to do, am I going to achieve the standards even if I have a lot of things to do? I hope that I can improve somehow next year.
